At CERÀMICA FORMA we work with small groups to ensure personalized attention in each pottery wheel workshop. For this reason, we require a firm commitment with bookings, although we understand that unforeseen events may sometimes arise.

1. Payment and confirmation
   • The booking must be paid in full in advance.
   • You can pay online by card. We also accept bank transfers and cash or card payments directly at our studio (C/ Enamorats 78, Barcelona).
   • The booking will only be considered confirmed once we have verified the payment. Otherwise, we reserve the right to allocate your spot to someone else.
2. Changes and cancellations
   • You may modify your booking up to 7 days before the start of the workshop. The amount is non-refundable, but you may reschedule your attendance or transfer your spot to another person.
   • After this period, no changes or refunds are allowed. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
3. Workshops or courses
   • No refunds or vouchers will be issued for remaining sessions, even if you notify us more than 7 days in advance.
4. Booking confirmation
   • Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Failure to receive the email (due to an incorrect address or technical issues) does not justify a refund.
5. Cancellation by CERÀMICA FORMA
   • If a workshop does not reach the minimum number of participants, or if we must cancel it for any other reason, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
   • This refund will be the only applicable compensation.
6. Gift vouchers and promotions
   • Bookings made with gift vouchers can be rescheduled, but the value of the voucher is non-refundable.
   • For promotions, giveaways, or free spots, no changes or new bookings will be accepted in case of non-attendance.
7. Participation
   • The workshops are designed for adults. Participation of children under 10 years old is not allowed without express authorization. Otherwise, we reserve the right of admission without refund.
8. Bookings through third parties
   • If you book through an external platform, you must manage changes and cancellations directly with them. Our conditions do not apply in those cases.
9. Right of admission
   • Making a booking implies acceptance of these terms. CERÀMICA FORMA reserves the right of admission.
