At CER\u00c0MICA FORMA we work with small groups to ensure personalized attention in each pottery wheel workshop. For this reason, we require a firm commitment with bookings, although we understand that unforeseen events may sometimes arise.<\/p>\n\n

  1. Payment and confirmation<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • The booking must be paid in full in advance.<\/li>\n
    • You can pay online by card. We also accept bank transfers and cash or card payments directly at our studio (C\/ Enamorats 78, Barcelona).<\/li>\n
    • The booking will only be considered confirmed once we have verified the payment. Otherwise, we reserve the right to allocate your spot to someone else.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
    • Changes and cancellations<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • You may modify your booking up to 7 days before the start of the workshop. The amount is non-refundable, but you may reschedule your attendance or transfer your spot to another person.<\/li>\n
      • After this period, no changes or refunds are allowed. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
      • Workshops or courses<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • No refunds or vouchers will be issued for remaining sessions, even if you notify us more than 7 days in advance.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
        • Booking confirmation<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Failure to receive the email (due to an incorrect address or technical issues) does not justify a refund.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
          • Cancellation by CER\u00c0MICA FORMA<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • If a workshop does not reach the minimum number of participants, or if we must cancel it for any other reason, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.<\/li>\n
            • This refund will be the only applicable compensation.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
            • Gift vouchers and promotions<\/strong>\n
                \n
              • Bookings made with gift vouchers can be rescheduled, but the value of the voucher is non-refundable.<\/li>\n
              • For promotions, giveaways, or free spots, no changes or new bookings will be accepted in case of non-attendance.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
              • Participation<\/strong>\n
                  \n
                • The workshops are designed for adults. Participation of children under 10 years old is not allowed without express authorization. Otherwise, we reserve the right of admission without refund.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
                • Bookings through third parties<\/strong>\n
                    \n
                  • If you book through an external platform, you must manage changes and cancellations directly with them. Our conditions do not apply in those cases.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
                  • Right of admission<\/strong>\n
                      \n
                    • Making a booking implies acceptance of these terms.
